SykoLive Media LLC (“SykoLive,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) operates a live streaming, social interaction, and gaming platform that allows users to create profiles, communicate, watch streams, participate in games, purchase virtual coins, and send virtual gifts.
We may collect account and profile information such as display name, email address, profile image, user ID, country, account preferences, and other information you choose to add to your profile.
We may collect usage information such as stream interactions, messages, gifts sent or received, content posted, moderation actions, device/browser information, IP-related logs, and local storage data used to support your experience.
Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. We do not store full payment card details on our own servers.
Payout and recipient information may be collected and processed by providers such as Mercury in connection with approved creator payouts.
We use information to operate the platform, authenticate users, provide support, process purchases and payouts, prevent fraud, enforce our Terms and Community Guidelines, protect users, and improve the service.
Virtual coin purchases are processed through third-party payment processors. Creator cash-out requests may require additional review, identity verification, payment details, or tax documentation before payment is issued.
We may review accounts, content, profiles, messages, reports, gifts, streams, and related activity to investigate abuse, illegal conduct, scams, harassment, sexual exploitation, underage use, or other violations of our policies.
We may share information with service providers that help us operate SykoLive, including payment processors, hosting providers, authentication providers, fraud-prevention tools, analytics providers, and payout providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect users, our business, or the public.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, investigate abuse, and enforce our agreements.
SykoLive is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the service. If we learn that an account belongs to a child under 13, we may suspend or remove the account and associated information. Users must be at least 18 years old to purchase coins, send paid gifts, receive monetized gifts as creator earnings, or request payouts.
You may update certain profile information inside your account. You may also contact us regarding privacy-related requests, subject to applicable law and our legitimate business and safety needs.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the updated policy.
