These Terms of Service govern your use of SykoLive Media LLC’s platform, websites, apps, streams, social features, virtual items, and related services.
By creating an account, accessing, or using SykoLive, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Community Guidelines.
You must not use SykoLive if you are under 13 years old. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase virtual coins, send paid gifts, earn monetized creator rewards, or request payouts.
You are responsible for your account, login credentials, and all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
You may not use SykoLive for illegal activity, fraud, harassment, hate speech, threats, impersonation, sexual exploitation, grooming, underage sexual content, or any unsafe or abusive behavior. You may not evade bans or moderation actions.
We may review, remove, restrict, demonetize, suspend, or terminate content or accounts at our discretion to protect users, enforce our policies, comply with law, or reduce platform risk. Moderators and admins may remove streams, content, accounts, gifts, comments, chats, and other activity that violate our rules.
Virtual coins and virtual gifts are digital items with limited license rights to use within the service. They are not personal property, are not redeemable for cash by purchasers, and have no stored-value or banking function. Once used, spent, or sent, virtual items are generally final except where required by law.
Only approved creator earnings may be eligible for cash-out, subject to our Cash-Out Policy, manual review, fraud checks, eligibility rules, tax documentation, and payment provider requirements. We may delay, reject, reverse, or hold payouts where we suspect fraud, abuse, chargebacks, moderation issues, policy violations, or legal risk.
We may deduct fees, losses, reversals, chargebacks, fraud losses, or other amounts associated with your activity to the extent permitted by law and our policies. You are responsible for your own taxes unless otherwise required by law.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, for violations, safety concerns, fraud risk, underage use, legal compliance, or operational reasons.
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for interruptions, losses, or damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
